TTJF is categorically stating here and now that Pegasus was bought by the T&T Government and is alive and operational. Despite what PM Dr Rowley has stated since 8th April 2022, use of Pegasus is a fact. As we already know, the PM is a master of spin if you were to take him by his words. The purchase of Pegasus was actually revealed by the Trinidad Express in their article on 24th April 2022, when the newspaper quoted government officials that the program being used is not Pegasus but a ‘generic’ program from the makers of Pegasus. Are we serious with that?

Either the PM and others they don’t know what a generic product is or they feel that Trinis don’t know what generic means. For elucidation of all, generic products are now made by most manufacturers to undersell their own genuine article but to poorer customers. This is done especially in medicine where a cheaper, no name version of the genuine brand name product is supplied to poor third world countries because they cannot sell the same brand name version to third world countries, on the cheap for half the price. It is sometimes called an OEM product. Pegasus rich, first world customers will not understand how a small Caribbean country can buy the product for half the price they paid. So, one must ask, why didn’t the PM and Gary Griffith (GG) simply not just tell us the name of the program?

On the other hand, was it a spy program called Phantom, made by the Pegasus Company and is much more powerful than Pegasus? All these are unanswered questions left by the PM in his attempt to cover up the State ownership of Pegasus. A lot of effort was spent on double talk and the blunt refusal to call a spade a spade both by the PM and Griffith. For that they were on the same page as though they were rehearsed to say that.

The denial and attempted cover-up, is ‘proof’ that there is criminal intent to use this program against certain high level persons in society to gain a stranglehold on society much like a totalitarian state that T&T is rapidly becoming when either you go alone with the narrative of the state or you end up in a holding cell of worse.

So now that we know via the Express, the Government has unwittingly admitted that the State in fact bought it from the makers of Pegasus or as they put it, a “generic” program made by Pegasus…and the PM, along with Gary Griffith, who actually did the purchase of  Pegasus, is playing fast with stupidness. Why the PM, COP Jacob or Gary Griffith did not simply explain the truth is quite another story which may indicate that the man exposed by TTJF many weeks ago in this medium, Sheriff, has ‘instructed’ all of these men to play games and dance around the subject in order and discredit the TTJF story and call it a fake story. The opposition willingly taking the fall for exposing a fake story. The story was supposed to die a natural death like so many major stories in T&T that their friends in the media cover up.

The sycophants of the Government and Dr Rowley, the Fat Arse Brigade etc, will soon raise their big backsides to tell Kamla where she should go to get absolution and relevance while their criminal Government continue to take unprecedented spying action to facilitate the raping of the treasury and use Pegasus against hapless officials or businessmen to keep them silent and willing to do Sheriff’s bidding.

Dr Rowley must explain what is the truth, (a) that there is no spyware called Pegasus or (b)  it was transferred to SSA, an ‘independent’ security unit outside the control of the police service. They both can’t be true. Can Dr Rowley explain if the SSA is the local equivalent of the CIA, FSB or more likely the notorious Tonton Macoute of Haiti?

In fact, TTJF is reliable informed that the opposition UNC was first instructed by the kingpin, Sheriff, to raise the issue of Pegasus a few weeks ago and then ‘instructed’ to people in the Government, to deny it just to discredit the story originally broken by TTJF,  headlined “A Call for A Commission of Enquiry…”   It didn’t quite work out the way that Sheriff planned it.

The criminal implications of hacking and spying are well explained in our story calling for a Commission of Enquiry into Pegasus and the real man who has unrestricted access to Pegasus, Sheriff of Maraval, because the natural extension of such activity, being blackmail and murder. Personnel from TTJF have already been targeted for the series of articles exposing a grand conspiracy involving Sheriff and others including one Steve Castagne. It is thought that Sheriff is well connected to Castagne, and TTJF will try to connect both men soon if that is indeed so.

That article quoted the man said to be in control of Pegasus, Sheriff with his office in Maraval, to be in regular contact with the PM and one of the PM’s right-hand men, Steve Castagne.

If Sheriff’s claim that he is in regular contact is true, then his meetings with the PM must be to update him with the results of Pegasus hackings. This insidious operation must put the original Watergate to shame. In the original Watergate, the US Republican Party hired operatives to illegally spy and gather information on the Democrats and break-in to an office in the Watergate building. When the story was exposed, the President, Richard Nixon, resigned in his famous speech stating “I am not a crook”.

The T&T PM or other people running Pegasus whom he ought to know, have already gone way beyond the crimes committed by President Nixon, and PM Rowley has refused to resign because he has the Opposition and every other State official comprised and allegedly under his control. Hence the reason TTJF called for the COE. These officials who have ‘Pegasus files’ will all remain loyal to Sheriff for fear of exposure to their misbehaviour or  other more serious crimes. Is that a way to run a country? This web site will campaign against such behaviour and the ill effects, whether blackmail or murder by those accused, when they are only trying to hold their lives together. This cannot be a way to run a country.

The PM’s obscene behaviour where he admitted he was the official who withdrew the PSC merit list and his willingness to bend the laws and simply saying “blame me” for that is no longer acceptable. Is Pegasus his power over people? If so, this trickery must not continue.

Gary Griffith for his part, while he disputes some of what the PM is saying, he never crossed the line and admit that the name of the program is called Pegasus.  Information received by TTJF is that Griffith purchased the software on the instructions of the government who then tried to install a “lowly constable” to oversee its operation. Griffith saw the potential of the software and wanted to be the sole operator and that is what caused the major fall out with the PM. Is it that GG felt that with Pegasus in his hands, he could do what the Government was now doing with hacking into the ‘lives ‘ of Judges, top business persons, the Opposition, wives etc.  GG is no fool and from his responses since the 8th April 2022, one is left to come to the conclusion that Sheriff is now in control of Griffith. If anyone knows the exact nature of the program, it is Griffith. Griffith’s security company, SAS, is in receipt of lucrative contracts from many Syrian businessmen, the MCAL Group is his main customer. We have learnt that Sheriff has threatened to pull those contracts from SAS if he didn’t go along and deny the existence of Pegasus. Therefore, GG has become another casualty of Pegasus, the very program he purchased, now in the hands of the Government and managed by Sheriff.

There is absolutely no supervision by the Israeli makers of Pegasus to ensure that it is not being misused. There’s no supervision by the National Security Council, the State body with the authority to see that it is not misused.

The lists of people who we understand are either involved in Pegasus or have been targeted by its use are:

Sheriff from Maraval also knows as Mr Big, The PM, Steve Castagne, the CJ and several Judges, members of the Syrian Mafia, journalists and other media directors, top police officers, attorneys, bankers, businessmen involved in high stakes business, various permanent secretaries especially in the ministry of finance, customs and excise top honchos, doctors, certain trade union leaders and last but not least, the Opposition. This spyware is not to spy on the man in the street like the narrative the PM casually throws out to distract its true intent and to discredit those objecting to state sanctioned spying. He deliberately throws a wide net to make the public feel that it is ludicrous to spy on john public since that is effectively over a million people. He is a master of spin and if you are not a discerning person and accustomed to buying these asinine press releases that the media thrive on, you’d buy them.

Most notably absent from list of people being monitored are members of notorious criminals and violent gang members, the alleged legitimate targets of Pegasus. So Pegasus made the State put the average citizen at the very bottom of the ladder when it comes to the integrity of the State.

The PM has shown either his incompetence or his complicity in the spying business and must therefore hand over the helm of the National Security Council to an impartial and competent person with the required training from overseas if no one in T&T can do the job, not some party political hack like the last one he appointed, Mr Christian Mouttet. Other than that, he can resign as PM and allow the party to pick a competent leader without calling a waste-of-time election, since the opposition is also a waste of time. Also, from what we already know, the Opposition is also controlled by Sheriff, and therefore the criminal show will likely go on under the UNC.

If we are correctly informed, the sale of the $13 billion dollar gas to liquids business for US $10 million dollars plus $25 million in proposed shares must be the joke of the century, but is said to involve hacking and spying paid for by people allegedly involved in Niquan, who are heavily reliant on Sheriff in Maraval. Meanwhile, all this while OWTU Roget was asleep. The recent explosion at the plant must be from the consequences of the crookedness involving the sale.

Also, the recent FCB investment into the Barita / Cornerstone Financial from Jamaica is said to involve Sheriff’s intervention, causing certain members of the FCB board to abandon all safeguards and put over US $126 million into this poor excuse for an investment. That’s over $875 million (3/4 of a billion) dollars that could potentially bankrupt FCB.  All these and more are said to be facilitated by Pegasus, so this is something for the PM to address, not talk about spying on John Public.

These and other mad decisions made by the Government and agencies and other PNM inspired plans that’s driving T&T to the edge of bankruptcy, and why we ought to be very interested in Pegasus to prevent the daylight robbery.

If Gary Griffith cannot be truthful to the nation, then he must in all good conscience stop fooling the public about forming a political party and challenging Dr Rowley. He should stay in his corner drawing lucrative security contracts from his Syrian friends, and stop being a stooge to Sheriff.

Then there’s the issue for the Prime Minister on the accusations raised against CJ Ivor Archie involving misbehaviour in public office. This is carried elsewhere on this site. This was allegedly reported to the PM in March 2022, and involves the CJ hearing former Equal Opportunity Tribunal (EOT) Chairman, Raj Joseph who appeared before the CJ and his panel of Judges. The rules do not allow Mr Joseph appearing before any T&T Court for ten years after his retirement as a judge from the EOT.

Mr Joseph was recently appointed as the Ombudsman of T&T.

A Legal expert says that the PM may never order an investigation since he did that previously when a report was made to him involving other charges of misbehaviour from a close male friend of the CJ. The question asked by the legal expert is whether the CJ is protected by Sheriff?  So that Pegasus seems to have overshadowed all aspects of life in T&T and it is imperative that we get to the bottom of it sooner rather than later.
